BROOKLINE, MA – The City of Brookline released voting information for the Massachusetts general election on Tuesday, November 8.
The deadline to register to vote in the next election is Saturday, October 29 at 5 p.m. Eligible residents can register to vote online here. Residents can also register to vote by visiting the Clerk’s Office at City Hall.
Early voting will be available to all residents at City Hall, 333 Washington St., Room 103 on the following dates:
- Friday, Oct. 28, 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
- Saturday, Oct. 29, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Sunday, Oct. 30, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Monday, Oct. 31, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Tuesday, Nov. 1, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Wednesday, Nov. 2, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Thursday, Nov. 3, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Friday, Nov. 4, 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Registered voters who wish to participate in early voting simply need to visit City Hall during these hours to request and complete a ballot.
Vote by mail
Any registered voter who wishes to vote by mail/absentee in the election can do so online by clicking here, or by scanning and emailing a completed and signed application – available here – to [email protected] Registered voters can also obtain an application form directly from the Town Hall Clerk’s Office at City Hall.
The deadline to request an absentee/absentee ballot is 5 p.m. on Tuesday, November 1, and absentee/absentee ballots must be received by the City Clerk’s office by 8 p.m. on election day for be counted.
